The Virtual Forge was born from a vision of bridging the gap between design and data-driven development to produce innovative and beautifully crafted solutions.
Despite the evolution of technology and the advent of big data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cloud computing, The Virtual Forge core mission has stayed unwavering. These technological strides have guided our evolution towards data-driven software solutions for the cloud.

The Virtual Forge was founded in Bath October 2010 by Matt Wicks & Garrett Doyle Co-CEO’s.
The Virtual Forge passes 10 employees & 1M turnover
Achieving a $1 million turnover highlighted The Virtual Forge ability to deliver exceptional products & services that resonate with customers. Through strategic planning, market insights, and understanding consumer needs, we carved out our industry niche.
Lisbon Office Opened
Strategically located on the scenic banks of the magnificent Tagus River and situated in one of Europe's most thriving technology hubs.
Acquisition of XL Group in the US
We completed the acquisition of XL Group, marking the start of our expansion into the United States. As part of this endeavor, we established our centre of data excellence in Philadelphia.
The Virtual Forge 10 Year Anniversary
